Description

PureLink? PCR Purification Binding Buffer B2 is the binding buffer used with the PureLink? PCR Purification Kit. It is added directly to PCR products in the first step of the PureLink? PCR Purification Kit procedure to facilitate DNA binding to the silica membrane. The buffer is activated by the addition of 80mls of Isopropanol.

The PureLink? PCR Purification Kit is used for purifying PCR products ranging in size from 100 bp-12kb.
