The PureLink? HiPure Plasmid Gigaprep Kit also includes vacuum filtration columns that provide bacterial filtration without centrifugation, enabling extremely fast process times. The PureLink? HiPure Expi Plasmid Gigaprep Kit typically isolates 12 mg of high quality, ultrapure plasmid DNA with inherently low endotoxin levels from 2.5 L of bacterial culture.
